Kabul – August 28, 2024: The Afghanistan Cricket Board’s National Selection Committee has named a preliminary 24-member AfghanAbdalyan squad ahead of their upcoming training camps and international assignments. The team will undergo two bi-weekly training and preparation camps, followed by their participation in a quadrangular series and the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup.
The training camps will be held from September 2 to October 5. The preparation camps will be followed by their tour to Oman, where AfghanAbdalyan will compete against Oman, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka in the Quadrangular Series in early October. This series will serve as crucial preparation for the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup which is scheduled to take place in Oman later this year.
